Picture me Gone

October sees the release of the second batch Daves recordings for Decca Titled (Picture me Gone ,The Decca Sessions) 1966/70 . This Double Cd completes the 100 tracks he recorded for Decca in the 1960s. Out on Universal we will let you know the release date and how to obtain a copy.
Dave tells me how much he enjoyed his show with The Manfreds at the Grassington Music Festival also how much he liked doing a couple of old Blues tunes Roscoe Gordons JUST A LITTLE BIT and HIs fine rendition of MY BABY LEFT ME. Also on the show was Maggie bell as STONE THE CROWS was one of Daves favorite 1970s bands he was in his element. hes looking forward working with THE MANFREDS  again soon.
Hes gigging with THE CRUISERS again and thats where his heart ls  They had a great couple of nights in Folkstone and Somerset and again played a couple of new tracks , its 20yrs Brian Woods been with the Band and 12yrs for his old friend John Firminger . John was one of the first fans of the Band when they were starting out in Sheffield in 1962 so Dave always happy to see John behind the kit .
Cheers .
Dave.
